New to VesselTwin? Create your free account first. Then open the published VesselTwin plugin in ChatGPT and connect with the same account. You never need to paste a server address or create an API key.

  2. 2Choose Connect, then sign in to your VesselTwin account when ChatGPT asks.
  3. 3Review the secure VesselTwin authorization screen. You do not need Developer mode, a server address, or an API key.
  4. 4Start a new chat and add VesselTwin from the tools menu.

VesselTwin shows the current setup steps immediately. Published plugins do not need a server address; custom connectors show theirs after you sign in. Setup never depends on an email from us.

Your records stay under your control

  • AI apps can read only boat records your VesselTwin account can already access.
  • Private records from boats you only collaborate on are never included.
  • Photo files are never included.
  • Question access cannot add, edit, upload, share, or delete VesselTwin records.

Disconnect VesselTwin in your AI app at any time. Turn off private-record access in VesselTwin first if you want deeper questions to stop immediately.
